September 8, 2006 - East Brunswick Defeats Mother Seton 25-18, 25-15
East Brunswick had a little trouble pulling away in the first game, but with the game close at 16-15, the Bears surged forward to a 22-16 lead. East Brunswick kept up the pace for most of the second game, rapidly building to a 16-3 lead. Kristina Borisova had 8 kills and 4 digs. Allanah Miller had 6 kills, 3 aces and 3 digs. Setter Andrea Temkin had some well placed tips over the net for points. East Brunswick is now 1-0 for the season.
The Junior Varsity won the first and third game, with the last game a struggle the whole way that ended 26-24.
