April 1, 2005 – Bridgewater-Raritan 12, East Brunswick 2: The Bears lost the season opener to a strong Bridgewater team. Samantha Wasilus and Stephanie Blanav provided the scoring for East Brunswick. East Brunswick Lacrosse
April 5, 2005 – Hunterdon Central 14, East Brunswick 5: The Bears had a tough time with Hunderdon Central at home. Rebecca Gross had a goal and an assist for East Brunswick. East Brunswick Lacrosse
April 7, 2005 – East Brunswick 10, Montgomery 8: East Brunswick didn’t give up when they were down 6-3. Samantha Silver scored the last 4 goals of the game. Samantha Wasilus scored the first three goals for the Bears and Rachael Schneider had 5 saves in the win.
April 12, 2005 – North Hunterdon 9, East Brunswick 7: The Bears could not overcome undefeated North
Hunterdon, despite three goals from Samantha Wasilus. With the loss, East Brunswick falls to 1-3 for the season.
April 14, 2005 – East Brunswick 7, Phillipsburg 6: Samantha Silver scored the winning goal in front of a home crowd to send the Bears to victory over Phillipsburg 7-6. Scoring two goals each for East Brunswick were Samantha Silver, Samantha Wasilus and Stephanie Blanar. Rachael Schneider had 7 saves in the win. East Brunswick is now 2-3 for the season.
April 20, 2005 – East Brunswick 17, South Plainfield 3: Sam Wasilus made 6 goals and Rachael Schneider had six saves to help propel East Brunswick to a smashing victory over South Plainfield.
April 22, 2005 – Hillsborough 16, East Brunswick 3: Samantha Wasilus scored twice for the Bears in the losing effort. The East Brunswick girls are now 3-4 for the season.
April 27, 2005 – East Brunswick 15, North Brunswick 9: Sam Wasilus scored 6 goals and Sam Silver scored 4 goals to help East Brunswick improve to 4-4 for the season.
April 29, 2005 – Old Bridge 10, East Brunswick 9: The Bears suffered a heart breaking defeat against Old Bridge, losing in overtime when Danielle Abrams scored for Old Bridge. It had looked like East Brunswick was going to win it when Samantha Silver gave East Brunswick a 9-8 lead in overtime, but Old Bridge scored twice for the victory.
May 10, 2005 – East Brunswick 13, Princeton 7: Samantha Wasilus scored a career high seven goals to help propel East Brunswick to victory. With the win, the girls Lacrosse team is now 5-7.
May 13, 2005 – East Brunswick 10, Immaculata 9: East Brunswick came out victorious in an action packed game against Immaculata. Samantha Wasilus scored 7 goals and had one assist. East Brunswick’s season record is now 6-7. East Brunswick Lacrosse
May 17, 2005 – East Brunswick 11, Old Bridge 6: Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Semi-Final Round: Stephanie Blanar and Sam Silver each scored three goals for East Brunswick to help power East Brunswick past Old Bridge. With the win, East Brunswick improves to 7-9 for the season.
May 19, 2005 – East Brunswick 7, South Brunswick 5: Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Champions!!! Samantha Wasilus scored 3 goals and Rachael Schneider made 13 saves to propel the East Brunswick Girls Lacrosse team to the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Championship. Sam Silver also scored two goals and made two assists for East Brunswick and Stephanie Blanar had one goal and two assists. With the win, East Brunswick improves to 8-9 for the season.
May 22, 2005 – East Brunswick 12, Watchung Hills 8: Samantha Wasilus sure knows how to end a high school career! Senior Samantha Wasilus set a school record with 11 goals in her final game for East Brunswick. She also set the school single season record with 71 goals and had 105 goals for her career. With the victory, the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Champion Bears finished the season with a 9-9 record. East Brunswick Lacrosse - Samantha Wasilus
